VPN Requirement: I understand that the VPN must remain active and subscribed at all times. If my VPN subscription lapses, Sky Stream will stop working and Get Sky in France cannot be held responsible.
Broadband: I confirm I have a reliable broadband internet connection at my property in France. A minimum of 20Mbps is recommended; UHD streaming requires at least 50Mbps.
Annual Service Fee: I understand an annual service fee of €300 + TVA (€360 inc. TVA) applies each year, in addition to my monthly subscription.
Setup Fee: I understand a setup fee will apply based on the number of boxes and work required. This will be confirmed and quoted separately — no payment is taken until I have agreed the final amount.
Monthly Direct Debit: I agree to set up a monthly direct debit for my subscription. My service contract will not commence until the direct debit has been successfully established.
Service Use: I understand that Sky Stream is a UK product and that I am responsible for ensuring my own use complies with Sky's terms of service. Get Sky in France provides hardware, installation and ongoing support only.
